Roomba Discovery is leading the way into the next generation of Roombas. With more advancements and improvements, Roomba Discovery features an active Dirt Detection System, a self-charging Home Base™ and an Advanced Power System that allows you to clean your home more effectively and with less effort.

The sleek, pearl-white Roomba Discovery comes with a self-charging Home Base. The Roomba Discovery will automatically return to its Home Base when it's finished cleaning a room or its battery is running low. Once Roomba goes 'Home', the fast-charging power supply recharges Roomba's battery in less than 3 hours.

The Roomba Discovery's new Dirt Detect indicator illuminates when it finds particularly high concentrations of dirt, to show that the Dirt Detection System is in effect. Roomba then changes its cleaning pattern to steer into the dirt using sonic sensors that "hear" dirt. When Roomba finishes cleaning the dirty area, the light goes off and Roomba continues its standard cleaning path. Roomba Discovery also comes with two Virtual Wall units that contain Roomba to a specific area and a wall mount that gets your Roomba Discovery off the floor and allows you to store it where it's most convenient. With the included control, there's no need to get up; use the remote to power up the Roomba Discovery from its home base, and tell it where to start a cleaning cycle. The remote also allows you to direct the Roomba to specific areas.
